Can I switch from my current CSS to Cobiro CSS?

Yes! If you want to switch from your current CSS provider (including Google) to Cobiro CSS, you can do this.

Please note that, if you'd like to use Cobiro CSS for Free listings in Europe, you will need to have a parallel Merchant Center account running with Google Shopping CSS that has claimed and verified the exact same URL inside your Cobiro CSS account.

Requirements for a GMC Switch:

1. You create a shop and purchase a subscription for it;
2. You do not have any other GMC integrations for this shop;
3. You have Admin access to the Google Merchant Center account (GMC);
4. You provide a valid Google Ads ID and GMC ID in the appropriate form;
5. Your GMC isn't in a grace period for another CSS switch.

Steps for switching your GMC:

1. Log into your Cobiro Connect account and press "Manage" on the relevant shop;
2. Fill out the form "I already have an existing Merchant Center account";

Once you've filled out the form, all that's left to do now is wait for us to process the switch! Once it is processed on our side, you will receive an email notification about a GMC switch request (from Google) with a link to your Merchant Center. It will lead to your Merchant Center account Settings where you will be able to click "Review request" and "Approve", provided you have admin access to the account.
