If you've logged into your Merchant Center account and found that it's been suspended, it means that one of your Shopping ads was detected to be in violation of one of Google's policies.
You will receive an email informing you of the policy the ad is violating and the account in question, and you will be given a time period in which to correct the ad in order to not violate the policy. If, however, the issue is not addressed before the deadline, all of your products will be disabled and your account will be suspended.
