Now that you have created an account, in this article, we will show you how to navigate through the main menus and add your billing information
The Clients section offers an overview of all the clients you currently manage.

|Cobiro Pro now allows you and your team to be able to create tasks, which includes setting the task's title, connected client, assigned team member, deadline, and description field.|
|Cobiro Pro also allows you to have multiple team members access your dashboard and manage Clients and tasks. In order to add a team member, you will just need to send an invitation, by clicking on the "Invite Member" button, and adding the e-mail to where the invitation should be sent.|
Billing information and Payments
In order to finalize setting up your account and to be able to proceed with the upgrades, it is mandatory to add your agency's billing information. Please note that the invoices will be issued with the details that are added in this section and the VAT will also be calculated according to the country in which your business is located.
If you are located in the EU, please bear in mind that you will need to add a VAT that is EU valid and validated by VIES - you can read more about this on ec.europa.eu/taxation.
|Once your billing information is updated, you're now able to update your payment method. It is possible to add more than one card, however, bear in mind that future payments will be made with the last card added. We do recommend adding your agency's card, instead of your Client's, in order to avoid any charges to the wrong card.|
