Welcome to your Cobiro Connect dashboard!
Now that you have created an account, in this article, we will show you how to navigate through the main menus and add your billing information.
Shops
The Shops section offers an overview of all the shops you currently manage.
- Add Shops using the top right button - "New Shop". You will need to add the Shop's name and the URL.
- Once a Shop is added, you are able to edit the Shop's information on the right side of the dashboard by pressing - "...".

Users
Cobiro Connect also allows you to have multiple users access your workspace dashboard and manage Shops. In order to add a user, you will just need to send an invitation, by clicking on the "Add user" button, and adding the e-mail of the person you wish to add. You can add a completely new user, or select a user that has access to the organization but does not yet have access to this workspace.
Billing & Payment
In order to finalize setting up your account, you will need to add your billing information. Please note that the invoices will be issued with the details that are added in this section and the VAT will also be calculated according to the country in which you are located.
If you are located in the EU, please bear in mind that you will need to add a VAT that is EU valid and validated by VIES - you can read more about this on ec.europa.eu/taxation. |
Once your billing information is updated, you're now able to add your payment method by clicking the "Payment methods" tab up top and "+Add card". |
