Merchant accounts are automatically created, linked, and access provided. We recommend using your business or agency’s contact email, which will act as the Admin for your Merchant Center Account.

About Google Ads accounts

Linked before

If you linked an account before with Cobiro we will have access and the account creation will go smoothly. 

Linking the first time

After filling out the info above to create a CSS merchant account you will receive an email from Google with a request to link Cobiro as your manager. You will need to accept this linking request either by clicking the email link or by going to your Google Ads account under Tools & Settings > Setup > Access & Security > Managers, and accepting the linking request.

If your Google Ads account is new, you will need to make sure it is fully set up and wait for it to be enabled before creating a CSS merchant account. 

About email address

Make sure the email you enter above is an email registered in Google. If you used it before to access Google Merchant Center then you should be fine. However, each email has a limit of how many merchant accounts it can manage. Make sure you remove old accounts or that you have a backup email in case your current one is full.
