If you're trying to purchase a new subscription or your payment isn't going through on a subscription renewal, there are a few reasons why that might be happening:
- There are insufficient funds in your card;
- Your card has expired;
- You have entered the incorrect card number;
- You have reached your limit for online purchases - as a safety measure, credit cards often have a limit on the number of online purchases you make in a day. Therefore, we kindly suggest you to wait a day before trying to make the payment again.
You can make changes to your payment method details by logging into your Cobiro account, navigating to Billing & Payment > Payment methods, and clicking the "Replace card" button.
You will also receive e-mail notifications letting you know when a payment has failed, so be sure to whitelist Cobiro's e-mail address so you don't miss them!
