You're all set to purchase a Cobiro plan, but you cannot seem to make the payment go through.
Please note that we are unable to make your payment go through internally, so we have put together a list of issues that may be preventing your payment to be accepted:
- You have reached your credit limit;
- Your card has expired;
- You have entered the incorrect card number;
- You have reached your limit for online purchases - as a safety measure, credit cards often have a limit on the number of online purchases you make in a day. Therefore, we kindly suggest you to wait a day before trying to make the payment again.
These are a few things to look for when your payment isn't going through. You can always contact your credit card issuer for further clarification.
