After creating your Facebook Link Ads if you do not see any activity it's worth having a quick look into the following in your Business Managers Ad account:
Ads are not approved - Facebook may feel that your ads does not comply with their policies and will not start showing it. Facebook will inform you by email to why your ad was not approved and what you will need to edit before resubmitting for review.

Schedule - Doubled check the dates that have been set for your Facebook Link Ad. Facebook will only show your ads between the scheduled dates.
Performance issues:
Targeting: when the selected target audience is too narrow may restricted how your ad can perform and attract users and clicks.
Creative: low quality content (image, headline, description etc.) within the ad may not perform due to the ad not being able to connect with the targeted users. Having content that relates to your business and what you are selling to your users will attract views and clicks to your website.
