The vast majority of our customers get products when we successfully import their store to Cobiro, however, there are some cases where we fail to do so. If you tried using Cobiro but we did not successfully import any products from your store there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot by yourself. Here is a list of things to check for:
1. My products don’t match the language of the location I’m targeting:
This is a very rare case, but if you have selected a location that doesn’t match the language of your products we will not show you any products since they are not allowed to be advertised by Google. This can be fixed by creating products in the same language as the location you are targeting and import again.
2. My products do not belong to a category in my store
If your products don’t belong to an active category in your store we are unable to show you these products. To fix this, make sure that all of your products belong to a category in your store.
3. My store has no products
If your store does not yet have any products we won’t be able to show you any products and are therefore unable to continue setting up your Google Shopping ads. To fix this simply add a product to your store and finish the setup (When you add additional product after completing the setup we will automatically add them to your advertised products).
