If you choose Cobiro for Online Stores, we will import all your products (in and out of stock) to extract information to build your Shopping ads.
Sometimes importing your products can take up to several hours due to factors such as the website code quality, server speed, number of concurrent requests, and the number of total products in your store.
Don't worry, if it takes longer than you expected. Normally, your products will be eventually all imported after some time.
What are the most common connection issues?
First of all, Cobiro works best with classic shop themes. If you have a custom theme or your edited the theme code, we might be able to connect.
Another common issue we see is 401 unauthorized. This basically means that we cannot access the API on your shop. Perhaps you have not set up SSL correctly on your server.

What can you check to make sure that your shop is ready to connect to Cobiro?
- Is your firewall blocking our user agent?
- Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Cobirobot/2.1; +https://cobiro.com/about/)
- Is SSL set up correctly?
- Is your https-enabled?
- And are you signing up with the https URL?

Can I upload my own product feed?
Yes! Cobiro has a "Do-it-yourself" option for companies that already have a product feed and are targeting a market in the European Economic Area.
