If you've requested a switch for your Merchant Center account but you've noticed it still hasn't been processed after 2-3 business days, there are a few reasons this could be happening:
- Our team has processed your switch request, but you haven't accepted it from your side;
- The information filled out in the form is incorrect;
- There is a product feed inside your Merchant Center account that has the same name as a product feed already existing inside our MCA;
- There is a user inside your Merchant Center account that is already associated with our MCA.
Whatever the cause, our support team will be happy to work with you in resolving it in a timely manner. You will generally also receive an e-mail from our support team informing you that the switch couldn't be processed, and the reason why.
