Don't panic! Although this can be a scary realization, it's actually got a very simple explanation and even simpler solution!
If the account you switched to Cobiro CSS was a sub-account of an MCA (multi-client account), it's likely that you will lose access once this account is switched to Cobiro CSS. This is because the account will leave the old MCA and enter Cobiro's MCA.
If you have access to the MCA, you will have access to most, if not all, of the sub-accounts within that MCA. However, those sub-accounts are still independent accounts. As such, if your access e-mail is added as a member to the MCA but not to the sub-account, you will lose access to it once the switch is completed.
You can fix this in two ways:
1. Before making the switch, make sure your e-mail is added as an admin to the sub-account. That way you will maintain access even after the switch.
2. If you didn't add your e-mail to the sub-account prior to the switch, you can still contact our support team and ask that you're added to the account. In the message to our support team, please include the e-mail you would like to add as an admin to the account and the Merchant Center account's ID. This will speed up the process.
