I switched my Merchant Center account to Cobiro CSS and now I've lost access! What happened?

Don't panic! Although this can be a scary realization, it's actually got a very simple explanation and even simpler solution!

If the account you switched to Cobiro CSS was a sub-account of an MCA (multi-client account), it's likely that you will lose access once this account is switched to Cobiro CSS. This is because the account will leave the old MCA and enter Cobiro's MCA. If you have access to an MCA, you will have access to most, if not all, of the sub-accounts within that MCA. However, those sub-accounts are still independent accounts. As such, once a sub-account is moved away from the MCA you have access to, you will no longer be able to access it.

To fix this, you can contact our support team and request to be added to the account once more. In the message to our support team, please include the e-mail you would like to add as an admin to the account and the Merchant Center account's ID. This will speed up the process.
