As part of your subscription, you can set up the following online marketing ads: Google Search, Google Shopping, and Comparison Shopping Services (CSS). After launching your campaign, we use advanced machine learning to optimize your campaigns daily to get the most out of your ads.
Note that you will acquire additional cost for the website visitors that click on your ads. This is called cost per click (CPC) as defined by Google. Your spending is limited to the budget that you set up.

If you cancel your subscription, please note that your cancellation request should be made a couple of days prior to your renewal billing date in order for the cancellation to be processed and to avoid automatic renewal charges.
As a rule, and as many other SaaS companies, we do not offer refunds. The subscriptions are tied to multiple Cobiro products regardless if you plan to use one or all of them. If you sign up with the intention to use only one of these products you are not entitled to a refund if it does not meet your needs. If any technical issue should occur on our side we reserve the right to pause your subscription while we attempt to resolve it.
No refunds are given for disapproved ads or suspended accounts due to the advertising of prohibited products or services as described under Prohibited website content. Cobiro is also not liable for any third-party suspensions, i.e. by Google.
If, for any reason, your credit card expired, got stolen, or else, and you want to change credit cards used for your marketing plans with Cobiro, please reach out to the support team and they will assist.
Cobiro will not call you directly. If one of our representatives wants to talk to you over the phone they will reach out via email (ending in @cobiro.com) first, always.
NEVER provide your credit card details over email or over the phone. Whenever credit card details need to be transmitted you will always initiate it in Cobiro.com or be given a link via our official support email.
